October Newsletter

Welcome to Jellystonepark.ie news letter for October 2012.

We kindly ask parents if their child is not coming into crèche to ring and let us know. Also the phones are not answered between 11.30am and 1.30pm so if you could ring us before or after these times we’d very much appreciate it.

If your child is attending the ECCE scheme only on any given day can you please bring your child directly to the Montessori room and wait for Aoife there. Also a reminder that mid term break for ECCE children in from 29/10/12 to 02/11/12.

Also parents, when the time comes to toilet train your child we would ask you to please talk with Rachel or your room leader first, we also have a tip sheet which you may find useful.

Pre-school news: Joanne Woolven has joined Jellystone as Pre-school leader. Joanne has worked for over 10 years in childcare and got her degree in the UK and is  also mom to 4 kids too!! Joanne will be looking forward to meeting with you over the coming weeks or if you would like to organise a time just let Rachel know.

I know you will all join me in wishing Tanya the best of luck while waiting to meet her new baby. A very exciting time for her and her family. Tanya will be finishing up on the 27th September. We will keep you posted on developments and look forward to seeing Tanya back in Jellystone soon.

Fancy dress Halloween Party will be held on Wednesday 31st October, watch out for details on our notice board nearer the time.

Parent Participation – we didn’t ask but ……….

If you would like to come and share something with us that you and the children would enjoy we’d love to hear from you, so please talk to Rachel. We are being deliberately vague on the but…. bit as we don’t want to limit your suggestions.

We will update you monthly with our newsletter, so please feel free to offer any comments or suggestions!!

Many thanks, from Rachel and all the staff @ Jellystone park!!!
