Welcome to our final Newsletter for 2013. Can you believe it. We will update you monthly with our newsletter, so please feel free to offer any comments or suggestions!!
We ask you if both parents or grandparents etc collect their child from crèche, to ensure that the other parties are aware of the content of our newsletters. The newsletter is published each month on our website too. We have found that people may not aware of the issues on the newsletter, the front door being an example. So please ensure you communicate the information to others who collect your child.
We had a very exciting time in our Montessori room last week. We had RTE come in to film us singing ‘I’m going to the zoo’ for the programme RTE’s Sing-along. We had great fun, and be sure to tune it to see us sing in January. It was soooo much fun.
Parents particularly if your child is bi-lingual can you let us know how to say ‘Merry Christmas’ and ‘Happy new year’ etc in other languages. If you could write it down and give it to your childs teacher, that would be great.
Guess who is coming to see us on December 23rd. SANTA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
SANTA will be coming to Jellystone on Monday 23rd December in the afternoon. The times will be posted nearer the time. We will be having our Christmas party games in the morning and then preparing to meet Santa. Parents this is a great event for the children, so please come along to meet the man himself.
But if you can not wait until the 23rd to see Santa, we can highly recommend the Santa in Stillorgan Shopping Center, he really is fantastic, and best of all, its free to visit him.
The crèche will be closed from Dec 24th 2013 to Jan 1st 2014 inclusive. We look forward to seeing you all again from Thursday Jan 2nd 2014.
