Welcome to our March Childcare Newsletter. We will update you monthly with our newsletter, so please feel free to offer any comments or suggestions!!
March is a busy month, with the beginning of Spring, National Pyjama Day 8th, Mothers day 10th, St Patricks day 17th and Easter 31st all packed into one short month, its sure to keep us busy!!! So please check our notice boards nearer the time for details of our activities: Easter Egg Hunt etc.
National Pyjama Day on March 8th is a sponsorship event. Sponsorship forms will be available early next week, be sure to dress your child in comfortable nightwear on the day. And please feel free to bring your favorite bedtime books etc. Remember, be sure you bring them home in the evening so there are no tears!!!
We would like to remind all our ECCE parents that we are on Mid term break for Easter(Already!!) from Mon 25th March to Fri 5th April.
We would ask parents to keep us informed on any changes in the family, from something as simple as a new mobile number, we need to have your current details in order to contact you, to adding or removing people to the nominated collection list. If you have someone listed that is no longer valid, and that person were to come to Jellystone we would not know the change in circumstances and release your child to the nominated person. This is a child protection issue and is very serious, so we would ask parents to be mindful of this, and to keep us up to date please. If you would like to review your child record form to ensure your information is up to date, please speak to Rachel.
Also parents if your child has had a fall or bumped themselves since their last visit to us, would you please let your childs teacher know about it when you drop your child into us.
We are really enjoying our ‘Stretch n Grow’ programme in the Montessori room and it has been a great success, with all the children loving it. Keep an eye out for more photos.
