Welcome to our March Newsletter for 2014. We will update you monthly with our newsletter, so please feel free to offer any comments or suggestions!!
National PJ Day is on Friday March the 7th, the posters have the wrong date, it’s the 7th not 8th. This is a great fun day, where the children dress in their PJ’s with their bedtime teddy and we have fun activities through out the day, and as this year coincides with National Book Day, if they could bring in their favourite book to read. It is a good fun way to raise funds for a great cause. If you are taking part, if you could have your sponsorship forms back by Friday April 4th, we would appreciate it.
Parents please do not bring any kind of toys into the rooms in the mornings, leave them in the car or at home please. The reason is firstly some children get upset putting the toy in their bag. And secondly the other children start to bring in their toys and they may get lost or broken etc. Your co-operation on this matter is much appreciated.
Keep an eye on our Notice Board for upcoming local events for St Patricks Day.
We are in the process of doing up ‘Tip Sheets’ for parents, and so far we have completed ‘Temper Tantrums’ and ‘Hitting’, we will be adding to these in the coming weeks, and if there is a particular area you would like us to cover please let us know. We are also in the process of doing a customer survey, so if you have received your form, we would appreciate if you could complete and return them to us. If you have not received yours yet, you will do so by the end of the month.
Parent participation, we didn’t ask but……….
If you would like to come and share something with us that you and the children would enjoy we’d love to hear from you, so please talk to Rachel. We are being deliberately vague on the but…. bit as we don’t want to limit your suggestions.
